چکیده

Abstract Sleep apnea syndrome is a sleep disease that may lead to sudden death. Long term can cause chronic cerebral hypoxia, hypertension, cardiovascular and cerebrovascular complications. At present, PSG the most reliable method for diagnosis. But diagnosis of complex expensive. Electrocardiograph(ECG) portable medical equipment have been widely used nowadays, which makes acquisition ECG signal more popular convenient. In this paper, convolution neural network based on proposed predict syndrome, accuracy sensitivity CNN model classification are 94% 88% respectively. The results show has advantages low cost complexity.

Effects of obstructive sleep apnea syndrome on serum aminotransferase levels and insulin resistance

Abstract Bckground: Patients with obstructive sleep apnea (OSA) are at risk of developing the fatty liver as a result of being overweight. Several studies suggest that OSA per se could be a risk factor for liver injury and ischemic hepatitis with OSA. The OSA is an independent risk factor for Insulin resistance. Therefore, we investigated liver enzymes and insulin resistance in patients with O...

Assessing the severity of sleep apnea syndrome based on ballistocardiogram

BACKGROUND Sleep Apnea Syndrome (SAS) is a common sleep-related breathing disorder, which affects about 4-7% males and 2-4% females all around the world. Different approaches have been adopted to diagnose SAS and measure its severity, including the gold standard Polysomnography (PSG) in sleep study field as well as several alternative techniques such as single-channel ECG, pulse oximeter and so...

Complex Sleep Apnea Syndrome

Complex sleep apnea is the term used to describe a form of sleep disordered breathing in which repeated central apneas (>5/hour) persist or emerge when obstructive events are extinguished with positive airway pressure (PAP) and for which there is not a clear cause for the central apneas such as narcotics or systolic heart failure. The driving forces in the pathophysiology are felt to be ventila...
